Event registration for agencies and corporate events

Your client’s launch, under your client’s brand. Agencies and corporate event teams get personal invitations, ticket categories and a live door view on the client’s domain, with no platform name in sight.

The launch event

A client is launching a product. Three hundred guests in three groups: press, partners and the client’s own customers. The invitation has to come from the client, look like the client and land on a page that carries the client’s domain. Nobody at the launch should see the name of the tool behind it.

The VIP list is personal. Each name gets its own link, and before a ticket goes out, somebody on the client side approves it. Press gets a different ticket from partners. Companions are allowed for some categories and not for others.

On the evening, your team stands at the door with their phones. Every scan shows up on one screen in the back office, where the client is watching the numbers. The next morning the client wants the list of who actually came.

Meanwhile two other clients have events in the same month. Each needs its own brand, its own sender and its own team access, and none of them should see the others.

What matters for agency work

One workspace per client

The model is simple: one workspace per client, each with its own domain, sender, design and team. Guest data from one client never sits next to another’s, and a login for one workspace opens nothing else.

Roles keep things tidy. A tenant admin runs settings and billing. An event manager builds events, invites guests and sends mails. Check-in staff see only the scanner and the attendance view, which is all a temp at the door needs.

An agency that wants many clients under one roof, with shared billing and single sign-on, is an Enterprise case. Talk to us before you set up the fifth workspace.

What the client sees, and what they do not

On Pro, the event lives on a custom domain, for example launch.client-brand.com. Invitations, reminders and confirmations go out from a verified sender domain with DKIM, with the client’s reply-to and signature. Mails are editable per event under “Guest mails”, so the tone matches the client, not a template.

The share image for social media and messengers is generated automatically for every event. The event page has a hero image, light formatting, a dark mode and calendar links. Guest pages come in English, German and French, in the guest’s language.

On Free and Plus, the event page shows “Powered by Mission Support” in the footer and runs on a mission-support.com subdomain. For client work, that is usually the reason to pick Pro.

From the VIP list to the morning after

  • Import the client’s list as CSV or TSV, with a preview before anything is sent.
  • Send personal invitations in bulk, each with its own link, with approval where needed.
  • Add a public registration form for the client’s customers, with conditional logic and file upload for press accreditation.
  • Send a reminder campaign to everyone who has not responded, from the client’s sender, with legal footer and unsubscribe.
  • Check in with any phone, register walk-ins at the door on free events, check out guests who leave early.
  • Export the guest list to Excel the next morning and hand it to the client.

The activity log records who checked in whom. A GDPR export per contact covers the request that arrives three weeks later.

What it costs

Pro is €149 per month or €1,490 per year per workspace, excluding VAT, with unlimited live events, 2,000 guests per event, ten admins, white label, approval flows, live check-in and the audit log. Extra admins are €9 per user per month, another 1,000 guests per event €29 per month, a domain setup €39 one-off.

For a single launch without a subscription, the event pass is €199 one-off: Pro features for one event with up to 500 guests, on any plan. Free events carry no fees at all. Paid tickets cost 2.5 % plus €0.50 per ticket on top of Stripe’s fee. There is never a price per guest or per response, which keeps the quote to the client simple.

Questions agencies ask

Can we run events for several clients from one account?

Yes, as one workspace per client. Each workspace has its own domain, design, sender and team, and your login works in every workspace you belong to. All clients under one contract with single sign-on is an Enterprise case.

Will the client’s guests see the name Mission Support anywhere?

Not on Pro. The event page runs on the client’s domain, mails come from the client’s sender domain, and there is no platform name on the page, the ticket or in the mails. Free and Plus show “Powered by Mission Support” in the footer.

Can the client’s own staff work at the door?

Yes. Give them the check-in staff role and they see the scanner and the live attendance view, nothing else. Any phone browser works, there is no app to install, and every scan lands in the activity log with the name of the person who scanned.

We only have one launch this quarter. Do we need a subscription?

No. The single event pass is €199 one-off and unlocks Pro features for one event with up to 500 guests. It works on a Free workspace, so the client’s data stays in place afterwards.

Who is the data controller, the agency or the client?

That follows your contract with the client. Mission Support is the processor under Art. 28 GDPR for whoever runs the workspace. Data stays in the EU, guest pages set no cookies and run no analytics, and each contact can be exported on request.
